Why have counselling & psychotherapy?
Counselling & Psychotherapy can be a way to help people explore and find understanding around different issues that can confront them in their lives. Issues such as Loss and Bereavement, Stress, Trauma, Sexuality, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety, Gender Issues, Mental Health, Eating Disorders and much, much more... Mike will be on hand to listen to you talk, and help to create a space that is safe, free of advice and free of judgement.
What to expect
The therapy sessions run for 50 minutes, usually meeting weekly on the same day and time. This will be arranged with Dr Michael Sims to help you both find a mutually agreeable time and day.
